The Procter and Gamble company, also known as P&G, is a multinational consumer goods company ‘touching lives and improving life’ of about 5 billions consumers in more than 180 countries. With $70.7 billion sales and operations spread over 70 countries, P&G is recognised as a leading global company and one of the world’s most attractive employers.

P&G was created in Cincinnati in 1837 by William Procter and James Gamble. The company was at first a small family-oriented soap and candle business. Nowadays, P&G produces about a hundred different brands, 21 of them recording more than a billion dollars in net annual sales.

P&G’s values are built around innovation, diversity and sustainability. 8,000 employees are employed in R&D. These people are spread across innovation centers on five continents and span a variety of disciplines.
